Industries we engineer for
We list an industry only when a TriadKube engagement stands behind it. Each page links to the case studies that prove it.

02Patterns across industries
The same four patterns appear in every industry
Industries differ in vocabulary and regulation. The underlying problems repeat, which is why the architecture from one engagement transfers to the next.
| Pattern | Where we've engineered for it | Capability |
|---|---|---|
| The same record kept in several tools | Education (Tektork), Retail and D2C (Afforet Innovations) | Legacy System Integration |
| People moving data between systems | Financial services (Attica Gold, Nagarathar Nalan), Education (Tektork) | Process Automation |
| Expert logic held in a spreadsheet or a person | Hospitality (Squarefare), AI and SaaS (ChapterMe) | Data & AI Integration |
| Paper and messaging apps running core processes | Financial services (Attica Gold), Retail and D2C (Mahalakshmi Traders, Pirruntha Silks) | Enterprise Software Modernization |
Don't see your industry? If one of these patterns describes your operations, the architecture transfers. Our engineers have also built field service and logistics systems in previous roles.
03How engagements start
Every engagement starts with an audit, whatever the industry
We don't estimate a build until we understand the systems you already run. The same four stages apply in every industry.
-
Architecture audit
A review of the systems you run, where manual work and risk sit, and what changing them would return.
-
Roadmap
A sequenced plan: what changes first, what stays, and how each phase is measured.
-
Phased execution
Delivery in phases with parallel running and a rollback path, so operations continue throughout.
-
Handover
Documentation and knowledge transfer as deliverables, so your team operates what we build.
04Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which industries does TriadKube work with?
Education, financial services, hospitality, retail and D2C, and AI and SaaS. Each has at least one documented case study, and clients are based in India, the USA and Germany.
Do you work with organizations outside these industries?
Yes, when the problem matches patterns we've engineered for: records duplicated across tools, people moving data between systems, logic trapped in spreadsheets, or core processes on paper. Our engineers have also built field service and logistics systems in previous roles. We list an industry here only once we have a TriadKube engagement in it.
Why does each industry page link to case studies?
Because a claim about an industry should be checkable. Each page links to the engagements behind it, and completed case studies report at least one measured result.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
We work with medium and large organizations that already run systems and carry the operational complexity that comes with them, from a gold-buying enterprise with about 150 branches to a retailer supplying 3,300+ civil projects a year.
How does an engagement start?
With an architecture audit: a documented review of your current systems, where manual work and risk sit, and what changing them would return, before any build is estimated.
